We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with ISTQB Prep for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@istqb.app with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

What's Covered

• Individual plans ($49) — Full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Team packs ($199) — Full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided no more than 2 team members have activated their seats

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Once a refund is issued, access to paid features will be revoked. Any progress data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to repurchase.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or credit at our discretion.
